How Do I Access mbrace®?

You can access and start enjoying these features through the Mercedes-Benz mbrace® app called Mercedes me, available on both Apple and Android smartphones. Through this app, you’ll be able to control many of the mbrace® functions such as vehicle tracker and vehicle diagnostics.

What Does mbrace® Do?

There are several Mercedes-Benz mbrace® packages available, so you can choose the features most important to you, from remote engine start to Wi-Fi hotspot access. We’ve outlined the packages below so you can pick which one is best for your needs on the Cincinnati roads.

mbrace® Connect

This is the standard base package for five years on all new Mercedes-Benz models. It allows you to view information and provides remote access to features of your vehicle through the Mercedes me app, or on your computer or tablet. Features include:

• Remote lock/unlock
• Remote engine start
• Remote diagnostic reports
• Vehicle locator and tracking

mbrace® Secure

If safety is the most important factor to you, you may want to choose the mbrace® Secure package. It will provide you with additional peace of mind when driving by offering emergency services, stolen vehicle locator function, and more:
